Easy yoga positions and natural dance movements are blended together to create studio, land and sea site sessions and seasonal workshops.
Participants have the opportunity to gradually develop a deeper bodily awareness, explore creative expression and discover an enriching relationship with the natural environment of tree, earth, rock, sea and sky.
In the 'Estuary Art' workshops Yoga Dance movement will evolve into the making of environmental artwork.

MOVING NATURE with Pauline Dyer and Michelle Wilkinson
We are two artists who are gaining insights and inspiration by moving and making simple artworks from found natural materials in a variety of land and sea sites.
Because of the ephemeral nature of our work, we record our explorations in digital images. These we print onto textured papers and then create canvas artworks displayed on wooden boards.
